The founding directors are the lead recruiters and whoever you are engaged with will be leading the whole engagement and representing the opportunity.

We do have a research team who support us on the candidates search, but the directors are tasked with speaking to potential candidates.

We recognise that generalist recruiters are not always able to ask probing questions around candidates’ technical understanding. With more than 50 years’ experience working as analysts and senior hiring managers in analytics functions for a range of client-side and consulting businesses we are able to ask the right questions of the candidates to identify those who are particularly suited to the role.

We have a flexible engagement model

We understand that different clients have a variety of internal resources and approaches to the recruitment process. Some wish to completely outsource the search to ourselves on a retained basis, others may wish to engage with us on a contingency fee basis. We are completely flexible and aim to integrate seamlessly with your existing processes as appropriate.

Steven Halsall

Founding Director

Steve is the co-founder of Red Tiger Talent, Coaching and Consulting. He has worked in analytics for over 25 years with various senior roles in consulting and client side. He is also an experienced entrepreneur – having successfully started 5 businesses to date, two of which went on to be acquired.

Paul Halsall

Founding Director

Paul has over 20 years of experience working for a variety of organisations. His career started with 15 years’ experience in a range of analytical roles in retail, leisure and telecommunications sectors utilising skills such as SQL, GIS, and MS Excel and culminated in him leading a global analytics team of 8 people.
