Senior/Principal Consultant – Evaluation Specialist

Location: Economic Development Consultancy, Manchester/Leeds/London

We have an excellent opportunity for an economic development consultant to join the team and work on a range of evaluation projects for various clients.

The role will entail working on a diverse set of challenges, enabling you to build a portfolio that you are passionate about across key policy domains from innovation and placemaking, to transport and net zero.

๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚โ€™๐—น๐—น ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency working on process & impact evaluation, with relevant public, consulting, or private sector experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HMT Magenta Book and Green Book best practice
  • A proven background in a range of evaluation techniques, with a qualitative / quantitative research skillset (either as a specialty or as a mixed-methods evaluator)
