Our Approach
Our coaching is provided via a combination of one-to-one sessions. Each programme is tailored to the individual in order to focus effort on those areas needing most coaching support. It all starts with a clarity meeting (which is free) where we get to know you as a potential client and help identify the coach best aligned to your individual needs, and scope out a programme of work to support you in your career goals.
Career Coaching Pathway
Red Tiger Coaching have developed the Career Coaching Pathway – a 7 step programme to support clients throughout their career journey. This Pathway is designed to be modular – it can either be followed in its entirety or individual steps may be utilised to meet specific career events that require coaching support.
To facilitate the delivery of the Career Coaching Pathway we have developed a unique programme of over 25 modules, ranging from self appraisal, CV writing, interview skills, how to unlock the ‘hidden’ job market through to Transition Coaching.

Meet the Coaches


Andy Thompson
Lead Coach
Andy has held a wide range of roles in his 30 + years of working in both a corporate environment and as a co-founder of a number of start-ups. His early career utilised his academic education in geographic data and IT, working for GIS software companies, building analytical systems. Merging consumer behavioural data with geographic and demographic information, he created predictive models for clients in retail, leisure and financial services.


Steph Durbin
Lead Coach and Strengthscope Master Practitioner
A versatile and experienced business leader, internationally accredited executive coach, expert in career journeys. Steph has over 25 years of experience of working across organisations in many senior leadership positions, becoming an independent Coach working nationally & internationally since 2016, and she is also a qualified Coach Supervisor.

Steve is an experienced and well respected head hunter, location planner, trainer and coach. He has worked in analytics for over 25 years – with various senior roles in consulting and client side. He is also an experienced entrepreneur – having successfully started 5 businesses to date, two of which went on to be acquired.


Paul Halsall
Lead Coach
Paul has over 20 years of experience working for a variety of organisations from 2 employees up to 100k+ employees. Paul’s career started with 15 years’ experience in a range of analytical roles where he applied his analytics in retail, Leisure and Telecommunications sectors utilising skills such as SQL, GIS and MS Excel and culminated in him leading a global analytics team of 8 people.
