CAREER COACHING

We provide a combination of one-to-one and group sessions (currently via Zoom/Teams). Each programme is tailored to the individual in order to focus effort on those areas needing most coaching support.

It all starts with a clarity meeting (which is free) where we get to know you as a potential client, help identify the coach best aligned to your individual needs.

CAREER COACHING PATHWAY

Red Tiger Coaching have developed the Career Coaching Pathway, a 7 step programme to support clients throughout their career journey. This Pathway is designed to be modular – it can either be followed in its entirety or individual steps may be utilised to meet specific career events that require coaching support.

To facilitate the delivery of the Career Coaching Pathway we have developed a unique programme of over 25 modules, ranging from self appraisal, CV writing, interview skills, how to unlock the ‘hidden’ job market through to Transition Coaching.
